OCR2026 WAIVER
As consideration for being allowed to participate in the Osojapa Charity Run 2026 (OCR2026), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that my participation in the OCR2026 involves risks, including but not limited to, injury or death from walking, running or any other physical activity associated with the event. I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians or legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attack any member of Osojapa Group or destroy the property of the promoters, sponsors and partners, for any and all injuries or damage arising from my participation in the Osojapa Charity Run 2026.
I release and hold harmless Osojapa Group, its administrators, directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, collectively or individually from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assignee may have for any damages, losses or expenses arising from my participation in the run.
I represent and certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for OCR2026. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before embarking on the run.
For the safety and comfort of all participants, pets are not allowed at the event. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
In the event of an emergency, I authorise Osojapa Group to provide emergency medical treatment, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, and calling for other appropriate emergency services.
I grant permission to Osojapa Group to take and publish photographs and videos of me during the event in any broadcast, telecast, social media or any other form of media.
I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Osojapa Group as well as its promoters, sponsors, and partners. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Osojapa Charity Run 2026 (OCR2026).
